Serie A strike Cancel
Top Football News - The threat of the players to hold a strike Serie A games this weekend would not go ahead. After negotiating with the organizers of the League, the players cancel their plans.
The players who joined the Football Players Association (AIC) threatened not to play this on September 25 to 26 because there was reduction in number of players rights.
Several meetings have been held between the AIC, Lega Calcio, club representatives, to the Italian Football Federation (FIGC). But it was only after the meeting (21.09.2010) this, to not strike a deal is reached.
However, as reported by the Italian Football, the deal was only temporary. Looking ahead, there are still many issues to be addressed regarding player contracts with the club.
AIC and the Lega has set November 30 as the deadline for reaching a final agreement.
